'Tis the season for BALLOONS (and lots of joy)! Announce your Elf's arrival in style! These adorable Elf Ornaments are the cutest way for your Elf to show up on December 1st. 

• Does not include elf. Elves must be dropped off at Party Hat Studio between 11/13 and 11/15. Please check studio hours on Instagram to confirm our weekly hours. 
• The balloons will not fit the giant Elf stuffed animals or the Elf pets. We can only accept small elves.
• Elf is tangled up in fairy lights!
• Command hook included to hang from the ceiling.

Balloons are intended for indoor purposes. Wreaths will last for days and even weeks if kept indoors at cool temperatures.

Simply pop one of the 5 balloons on the hour you desire until you reach your New Year “midnight.” Balloons are labeled 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 so your timeline is in your hands.
