Twin Mattress Plastic Bag: If you want to build your garland(s) ahead of time and don't want to risk oxidation, bag your balloons. They'll last even longer! They also keep garlands clean during transport.

Hi Shine: Spray on balloons to keep from oxidizing (***do not spray when it's hot outside, it will make your balloons pop!). This is SUPER slippery. Make sure you protect your floors/ladders/steps/etc. from overspray before applying. No need to rub in, just spray and let dry.

Helium Xpress: A local SA shop that sells a wide variety of balloon brands and foils as well (I LOVE them!!).

Balloons Boutique SA: A local shop that sells Gemar Balloons mainly.

City Balloons: They sell Gemar Balloons and most orders come next day.
