SHIPPING POLICY

We are so excited to get you your party goodies! All orders ship through USPS and rates are calculated at checkout. You should receive all orders within 7-10 business days. All of our party boxes ship for FREE. Yep, 100% free! Shipping to addresses in the US. Expedited shipping. Currently, we are not accepting international orders. We hope to change this very soon!

USPS is your place to go to track or find your box. Packaged wasn't delivered on time? They're the place to start. 

REFUND PROCESS

Item not perfect for your party? No prob! Contact us at hello@partyhatpaperco.com to authorize a return. Items must be unopened and unused and returned within 30 days. If you're returning a party box, you must return the entire box. All returns must be authorized by us, don't forget to send that email!

Sure! If you live in the Houston area, click "Local Pickup-77379" when checking out. We'll contact  you with pickup instructions.

How fast are orders processed?
