Nautical Birthday Balloon Decor San Antonio | Party Hat
Themed parties are some of our favorites to design, and this nautical celebration gave us the perfect opportunity to put a fun, feminine twist on a classic look.
For this setup, Party Hat Celebrations used navy, light pink, hot pink and gold balloons, then added a white balloon chain, an anchor cutout and a custom backdrop decal to tie the entire design together.
A Girly Take on a Nautical Theme
Nautical parties are often designed with traditional navy, white and red, but this client wanted something a little more playful.
We kept navy as an anchor color and paired it with:

The result felt unmistakably nautical while still being colorful, feminine and unique to the celebration.
Custom Balloon Decor in Navy, Pink & Gold
The balloon palette brought together both sides of the theme.
Navy provided the classic nautical foundation, while the different shades of pink added energy and personality. Gold gave the setup a more polished finish and helped the colors feel cohesive.
Using multiple balloon sizes also created more depth throughout the installation.
A White Balloon Chain for a Nautical Detail
One of the most distinctive elements of this design was the white balloon chain.
The chain added texture and helped reinforce the nautical theme in a way that felt playful rather than literal.
Custom decorative elements like this can turn a balloon installation from a simple color-coordinated backdrop into something that feels specifically designed around the party theme.
Anchor Cutout & Custom Backdrop
We also incorporated an anchor cutout to bring another recognizable nautical element into the setup.
The backdrop was finished with a custom decal designed specifically for the celebration.
Together, the anchor, decal and balloon decor created a complete photo area where each element supported the overall theme.
