Party Hat Celebrations created a custom balloon installation for RxPost during a pharmaceutical convention in downtown San Antonio.
The goal was to build a visually strong balloon wall while also creating a functional branded backdrop that could showcase merchandise and give the company a polished, memorable presence at the event.
The Design Challenge

We designed the display to combine branded event marketing with custom balloon decor.
A Custom Balloon Wall
The balloon wall became the main visual feature of the installation.
We used a layered mix of coral, sandy white, tan and teal balloons to create depth and texture while maintaining a cohesive color palette.
The different balloon sizes helped give the wall a fuller, more dimensional appearance and allowed it to stand out from across the convention space.
A Backdrop Built to Display Merchandise
The backdrop was designed not only as decoration but also as part of the company’s event display.
By incorporating space for merchandise, the installation served both a visual and practical purpose.
This helped RxPost create a booth area that felt intentional and branded while still giving attendees a clear view of the products being featured.
Custom RxPost Branding
To personalize the installation, we created a custom decal featuring the RxPost company name.
