Special Delivery Elf Ornaments

'Tis the season for BALLOONS (and lots of joy)! Announce your Elf's arrival in style! These adorable Elf Ornaments are the cutest way for your Elf to show up on December 1st. 

• Does not include elf. Elves must be dropped off at Party Hat Studio between 11/13 and 11/15. Please check studio hours on Instagram to confirm our weekly hours. 
• The balloons will not fit the giant Elf stuffed animals or the Elf pets. We can only accept small elves.
• Elf is tangled up in fairy lights!
• Command hook included to hang from the ceiling.
• Clear bobo balloon filled with "snow" and "snow balls."
• Pickup will be 11/30
